Condos connected to the Chicago Pedway

The Chicago Pedway is an informal network of mostly underground tunnels, but also some ground-level hallways and elevated enclosed walkways in Chicago’s Loop. A few condos are among the 40+ buildings connected to the Chicago Pedway. This gives their residents complete indoor access to numerous offices, stores, restaurants, bars, hotels and public transit stops.

Just a few of the places accessible via the Chicago Pedway include: Macy’s, Block 37 Shopping Mall, Sweetwater Tavern and Grille, Hyatt Regency Hotel, Beard Papa’s and the Lake CTA Red Line. Government buildings and offices include: James R. Thompson Center, Chicago Cultural Center, Richard J. Daley Center, City Hall, Chase Tower, Aon Center and the Leo Burnett Building.
