These condos sit directly above The Four Seasons Hotel Chicago in the Gold Coast neighborhood in downtown Chicago. There are 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom condos.
One bedroom condos have 1,147 square feet of space. Two bedroom condos have 1,470 to 3,000 square feet. Three bedroom condos have 2,494 to 3,511 square feet. Four bedroom condos have a minimum of 3,500 square feet.
Cooking appliances are electric. Windows are near floor to ceiling. Units on higher floors on the north and east sides have lake views. Residences on the south side have great views of downtown and Michigan Avenue.

The Residences at 900 are in the same building as 132 E Delaware and The Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, but their entrance is on the north side of the building at 77 E Walton. Condos are almost exclusively 2 or 3 bedrooms. Two bedroom condos have from 1,916 to 3,021 square feet of space. Three bedroom condos have 2,940 to 4,788 square feet.
They have custom designed cornices with an integrated reveal. Cooking appliances are gas. Views are to the east, north and/or west. There are no south views since the condos are all on the north side of the building.
These Four Seasons Chicago Residences were formerly office space converted to luxury condos in 2007. There are 8 floors (on floors 21-28) with 48 condos.
