THE CONDOS

The Residences at RiverBend apartments have a condo form of ownership. There are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos. One bedroom condos have 1,026 to 1,206 square feet. THE BUILDING

The Residences at RiverBend was built in 2002 at 333 North Canal. The high rise houses 145 condos and 4 townhouses within its 31 stories. Pets are ok. The building has an executive conference room, exercise room, sauna, sundeck and party room.

THE LOCATION

333 N Canal is located on the west side of the Chicago River where it branches. The advantage of this location and the fact that all of the condos have east views, is that all of the condos have terrific city and river views!

Even on lower floors, you have quite a view! One resident, Kristy Pokorny, commented on Chicago Architecture Info, “It’s like living in an eagles nest on the side of a mountain.” However, with the development of Wolf Point views will be changing for many of the condos in the next few years.

There’s a Jewel grocery store 5 blocks away. A CVS Pharmacy is also 5 blocks away.

The building currently has a Walk Score of 94. It has a Transit Score of 100. The Green and Pink Lines stop at Lake and Clinton is just 2 blocks away. If you fly for work or work in the suburbs you’re in luck with Ogilvie Transportation Center and Union Station just a few blocks to the south. Multiple bus stops are within 2 blocks. There are car sharing services across the street.
