THE CONDOS

The Chandler apartments have a condominium form of ownership. The condos primarily range from studios to 3 bedrooms. Studios have 583 to 636 square feet of space. THE LOCATION

The Chandler is located in downtown Chicago’s Loop area at 450 E Waterside Drive. It’s in the New Eastside neighborhood and part of the Lakeshore East development. It’s at Harbor Drive and Waterside just south of Chicago’s Riverwalk and 2 blocks north of Millennium Park. Chicago’s Lakefront is just across Lake Shore Drive. A Mariano’s Grocery Store is 3 blocks away.
