THE BUILDING
The Columbian was built in 2006. The building houses approximately 220 condos within its 46 stories. It includes: 24 hour door staff, a fitness center, dog run, office center, refrigerated storage room and a sundeck. There’s also a large community grill off the party room, storage cages and bike storage.
Parking spaces in the building are owned and deeded. So each parking space has it’s own monthly assessment and annual property taxes. Some parking spaces may be available for rent.
