THE BUILDING
The building built in 1975 has 260 apartments in its 74 stories (floors 33 — 74). It’s the fourth tallest residential building in Chicago and the eighth tallest in the United States.
It may not be a newer building, but you wouldn’t know it! It has been well maintained. Owners have access to the Ritz-Carlton’s concierge, room service and 4 lane indoor pool. They can also join The Carlton Club without the upfront fee giving them access to the Ritz-Carlton’s spa.
Even though this building houses the Ritz-Carlton Chicago Hotel, these condos are not the Ritz-Carlton Chicago condos. To view those condos see Ritz-Carlton Residences Chicago.
Pets are ok. Parking is leased only. A fire safety project was recently completed. Hallways are among the widest I’ve seen in Chicago.
