THE BUILDING
200 E Delaware was built in 1972, but planning started several years before then. An article in the Chicago Tribune in 1963 stated that the development would be “the first tower condominium apartment building in Chicago.” Prices would range from $50K to $125K. When finally built it was no longer Chicago’s first condominium. In addition, both the design and architect had changed.
