The number of pending sales for listed downtown Chicago condos set a 2 year high in April.* The previous 2 year high was just set in March.
As shown below, there were 360 pending downtown Chicago condo sales in April, up 55.2% from April 2011 and up 6.8% from the previous high in March.
At the same time the number of pending sales for downtown Chicago condos hit a 2 year high, the number of such condos listed for sale hit a 2 year low. There were 2,031 downtown Chicago condos for sale in April, down 33.8% from a year earlier.
