A Better Buying Experience
Last week a spokeswoman for Rosie O’Donnell confirmed that the TV host is wanting to sell the house in Lakeview she purchased for around $2.5M last September. According to the Chicago Tribune the 5 bedroom house has 6,000 SF including a theater room and 2,000 SF roof deck.
Recently the Illinois Association of Realtors released market data for April 2010 report provided for Chicago, but not areas within Chicago. I pulled together the statistics for Lakeview so that they can be compared to all of Chicago
