Condos near the Prudential Building Chicago

Here’s a list of all the condos I’ve written about that are near the Prudential Building Chicago. When it was completed in 1955 the Prudential Building had the highest roof in Chicago. The building was later renamed One Prudential Plaza, but many people in Chicago still refer to it as the Prudential Building.

Its tenants include: Associated Bank, Peoples Gas, BDO Seidman, Mandarin Oriental Chicago, Integrys Energy Group, WTMX, Chicago Federation of Labor, US-Mexico Chamber of Commerce Mid-America Chapter; Schuyler, Roche & Crisham PC; Unaccompanied Children’s Advocate Project and Obama for America. Restaurants include: Tavern At The Park, Wildberry Panckes & Cafe, and Giordano’s Pizzeria.

The Prudential Building is located in Chicago’s Loop at the northeast corner of Michigan and Randolph at 130 E Randolph. It’s in the New Eastside Neighborhood just west of the Lakeshore East Development and just north of Millennium Park.

Numerous people who work in the Prudential Building like the convenience of living nearby or having a second home nearby for late work nights. There are also the added benefits of living near Millennium Park and Lake Michigan.
