Library Tower was built in 2008 at 520 South State Street. Lennar was the developer. The 17-story high rise houses 184 condos. It has a 24 hour door person, exercise room, roof deck and movie theater room.
Parking spaces in the building are owned and deeded. So each parking space has it’s own monthly assessment and annual property taxes. Some parking spaces may be available for rent.
Utilities covered in the monthly assessments include cable TV and water. Monthly assessments range from Pets are ok.
