A Better Buying Experience
The median sale price of listed Chicago Loop condos sold in the 1st quarter of 2013 was up 3.1% compared to a year earlier. The median sale price was $298,950 compared to $290,000 in the 1st quarter of 2012
Here are the condos I’ve written about that are near Chicago’s Ogilvie Transportation Center along with all condos for sale within one half mile of Ogilvie.
The number of listed Chicago Loop condos for sale in the 4th quarter was down 18.5% from 4th quarter 2011. There were 605 Chicago Loop condos for sale compared with 742 a year earlier. The number of Chicago Loop condos sold in the 4th quarter was up a whopping 54.2% from a year earlier!
I’ve created a list of all the condos I’ve written about that are near Chicago’s Millennium Park. Millennium Park is nearly 25 acres of numerous attractions located in the Loop between Michigan Avenue and Chicago’s Lakefront.
