A Better Buying Experience
The Chicago Pedway is an informal network of mostly underground tunnels, but also some ground-level hallways and elevated enclosed walkways in Chicago’s Loop. A few condos are among the 40+ buildings connected to the Chicago Pedway.
I’ve created a list of all the condos I’ve written about that are near Chicago’s Aon Center. The Aon Center is currently Chicago’s 3rd tallest building. Its tenants include: Aon, BP, R.H. Donnelley, Jones Lang LaSalle, Thoughtworks, Microsoft and KPMG.
The inventory of listed Chicago Loop condos for sale continues to drop. There were 688 such condos for sale in the third quarter down 30.6% from third quarter 2011 when there were 992 such condos for sale.
