This week I toured the mansion for sale at 4815 S. Woodlawn Ave in Chicago’s Hyde Park – Kenwood Historic District. The home was designed by Chicago architect Howard Van Doren Shaw.

Yesterday I toured the mansion for sale at 1336 N. State Parkway. in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood. The home was built in 1914. It used to be the south wing of the Playboy Mansion when Hugh Hefner owned it.

Yesterday I toured the mansion for sale at 1352 N. LaSalle Blvd. in Chicago’s Old Town neighborhood. The home was built in 1886 for the inventor of margarine, John F. Jelke.

Last week I toured the mansion for sale at 4801 S Ellis Ave in Chicago’s Hyde Park – Kenwood Historic District. The home was designed by Chicago architect Horatio Wilson. Wilson built a home for himself just one block to the south of 4801 S Ellis.

This week I toured the mansion for sale at 1866 N Howe in Chicago’s Lincoln Park Neighborhood. The home is offered for sale with or without the adjacent lot to the north.
