The inventory of condos for sale with 4 or more bedrooms in the 60611 zip code is at a 2 year low. 60611 includes Streeterville, River North east of State and the Gold Coast south of Division.
Recently while at a showing for a unit at The Carlyle the listing agent mentioned to my buyer that The Carlyle has a no pets policy. The Carlyle is one of a handful of Gold Coast condos that don’t allow pets. Here is the full list as best as I can determine.
The inventory of condos for sale in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood dropped to 946 in November, the lowest monthly inventory in the past 2 years. The number of Lakeview condos for sale in November was down 14.6% from the previous 2 year low in October.
The inventory of Chicago’s River North, Old Town, Streeterville & Gold Coast 2 bedroom condos for sale dropped to 699 in October, down 30.9% from October 2010. It’s also the lowest monthly inventory in the past 2 years.
The inventory of condos for sale in Chicago’s Gold Coast has been falling this year. However, the inventory of Gold Coast 3 bedroom condos for sale has been steadily rising.
