Navy Pier includes the Chicago Children’s Museum, an IMAX Theater, a 150 ft. Ferris wheel and boat cruises. There’s also the Chicago Shakespeare Theater along with numerous restaurants and shops.
Condos within a half mile of Navy Pier are all located in the Streeterville neighborhood. There are condos in the northeast corner of the Loop such as the Regatta and the Chandler that on a map appear to be close to Navy Pier. However, since they are on the other side of the Chicago River they require walking away from Navy Pier to Columbus to cross over the river.
Condos near Navy Pier are also close to Chicago’s lakefront path and the Ohio Street Beach. The Magnificent Mile is just a few blocks to the west.
