Here’s a list of all the luxury vintage condos and co-op apartments I’ve written about that are on East Lake Shore Drive. This block of history buildings stretches from Michigan Avenue at Oak Street east to North Lake Shore Drive.
The number of listed Chicago condos that sold for $1M or higher in the second quarter was up 50% from second quarter 2011.* There were 102 Chicago luxury condo sales compared with 68 a year earlier. Only 2 of the 102 sales were short sales or foreclosures.
