A Better Buying Experience
Prices for 3 bedroom condos for sale in Streeterville may start at only $300,000, but over half of them are priced above $1,000,000. In 2012 the median sale price was $795,000. In 2011 and 2010 it was $985,000 and $975,000.
Here are the condos I’ve written about that are near Navy Pier, Chicago’s top tourist attraction, along with all listed condos for sale within one half mile of Navy Pier.
The inventory of listed condos for sale in Streeterville is down significantly from a year ago. There were 263 condos for sale in Streeterville in February down 35% from February 2012 when there were 406 condos for sale.
I’ve created a list of all the condos and co-op apartments I’ve written about that are near Chicago’s Drake Hotel. The Drake Hotel is along Michigan Avenue between East Walton Place and East Lake Shore Drive at the north end of the Magnificent Mile.
The inventory of listed Streeterville condos for sale continues to drop. There were 286 condos for sale in Streeterville in October down 40% from October 2011 when there were 495 condos for sale!
